Course Objectives The aim of this course is to get information about the behavior of human power in organization,the importance organizational communication , the reflections of organizational change, stress management, motivation and organizational commitment.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The students who succeeded in this course will be able to; Describe the application areas of international classification and coding systems of diseases.
  • Define the rights and responsibilities of employees related to occupational health and safety
  • Communicate comprehensibly and overtly with patients, their relatives and collagues in both written and oral way
  • Take on responsibility as an active team member of the institution
  • Consider social, cultural and ethical values during operating the procedures
